- Within 24 Hours: If you request a refund within 24 hours of purchase and have used less than 2 hours of streaming
Not Eligible for Refund
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Request made after 24 hours of purchase
- Issues caused by your internet connection or ISP blocking
- Incompatibility with your device (please check compatibility before purchasing)
- Account suspension due to Terms of Service violations
- Change of mind after using the service extensively
- VPN-related issues (we recommend using a VPN, but cannot guarantee third-party services)

If approved, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
Our Recommendation
Before requesting a refund, we encourage you to:
- Contact our 24/7 support team to troubleshoot any issues
- Try using a VPN if you experience buffering (ISP throttling is common in UK, France, and Spain)
- Check your internet connection speed (minimum 12 Mbps for HD, 25 Mbps for 4K)
- Try an Ethernet cable instead of Wi-Fi for more stable streaming
